Originally hailing from Phillips, Texas Willie Redden
formed this group in April 1967
while all members were attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.
Local radio DJ Bud Andrews Jr. took on management duties
and brought the band to Norman Petty Studios in early 1968.
Consisting of all original material, the '60s blues-rock combo
had "I'll Stay With You / Little Clockmaker" issued by RCA
in September 1968. Their debut album was released in November '68.
We include 2 unissued songs from the album sessions,
and their most popular track "Chicky-Chicky Boom Boom"
that was released in March 1969. It was included on their second
album, with the remaining selections being recorded in Nashville.
Herein we include all of the Petty Studio recordings off the
original master tapes in both their original stereo and mono mixes.
